Thread: Good Ole American Legal System...

    I am being sued for assault in civil court where the plaintiff says I threatened him with a gun.

    The plaintiff made up the story...came up with a date out of thin air....didn't call police....yet he wants money..

    He has filed in Prince George's County - they threw it out - (making up a story of happenings there)
    Anne Arundel County - they threw it out (I don't how he did that, I don't live or work there)

    Now he's doing DC. They have entertained him 'cause no one in the court system has common sense and up until some bullshit hearing you can't talk to the judge in plain English.

    There needs to be some instance of discovery before the court should entertain lawsuits.
