How do u make an avatar in Imageready

I have all my pics and i know you have to do something with layers but i dont know what.

save them in a folder and then open that folder

something like open/import directory as images or something, can't be arshed to open it now

helps if you name them 1, 2, 3 etc so they come out in order

I've been doing it the open in photoshop, copy, paste as layer way
