Dialup Password Won't Save

I used System Mechanic & now my dialup password won't save. Anyone know how to do this.

is this the IE dilup box. and when yo say dial up do you mean dial up as in 56k. or dial up as in the IE connect window?

This is the password i mean. Never had any probs before i used System Mechanic. I also had a go at TweakMe. Uninstalled it but the changes it made are still there, so i advise anyone to use TweakMe with caution.
Also my PC wont let me recreate my dialup account again as it already exists?
So to get my PC back to normal i'll just do a full windows install withoot using System Mechanic or TweakMe.
