recently whenever i have downloaded software from the internet, the same type of message has came up saying something about a CRC error during installation, it seems to be when it deals with .cab files.

i have attached a picture of what came up when i tried to install acid pro 5.0 which i have just recently downloaded from torrentspy.

can anyone tell me what this message is and why it keeps coming up, and maybe how i can stop it so that i can install the program.

    help would be much appreciated

CRC (Cyclical Redundancy Checking) is an error checking technique used to ensure the accuracy of data.

    Try redownloading.
