    Glucosamine Chondroitin - 2 a day (same as above)

    Sometimes I take these...

    Naproxen - $5 from Kaiser
    Flexeril - (same as above)
    Prednisone - (same as above)

    Why? It's a salt, no big deal. Took it for years myself. Not that it did much to help. Worked better than Tegretol although the blood tests are a bit of a bind. So what exactly were they doing to me, if lithium was so bad?

    Now when they had me on Chloral Hydrate.... that is serious shit. Quite glad they did away with shyte like chlorpromazine too.

    Bipolar and schizophrenic type illnesses that involve mood changes. It's a mood stabiliser. Certainly doesn't suit everyone; I didn't have any serious problems with it but it did nothing to help (but then I'm not bipolar, so it probably wasn't the best choice at the time).

    It's the old style tranx that I hate. Spent years feeling like I couldn't wake up properly. The new anti-psychotics are much more user-friendly
