    You ever watched "Super Size Me"? go with what the guy did and you will gain 40 lbs in a month. The guy ate nothing but McDonald's for a whole month.Of course, that's all gonna be fat, but then u could always work those 40 lbs of fatty meats into muscles later.

    You can't turn fat into muscle. However the more muscle you have, the more energy you'll burn (usually fat). It may give the illusion turn fat into muscle.

    The same is true for muscle turning into fat.
    Since unused protein can't be stored, your body converts the amino acids into fat. (I think it's done by your liver )

    Basically, just having more muscle helps burn more fat and if you get lazy, your body will breakdown the muscle you have and turn it into fat for energy.
