    Honestly i think its a good that most of todays modern , metal band use computer/electrical elements since it makes their songs quite interesting, even without lyrics..

    Du hast by Rammstein is really good

    i know that, i never said heavy = loud, heavy as in slow and crushing, fast and crushing is also good, but its the slow and crushing riffs that is heavy. slipknot, for this generation, is pretty damn good. and yes i have listened to bands like slayer, black sabbath, and metallica, and i admit its wayyy better than what slipknot has created (old metallica, not new). but that doesnt really mean slipknot sucks, yes in comparison they're not as great, but compared to today's bands....no competition, knot wins by a landslide.
