    Hey guys,

OK, I have a pretty simple-but-annoying problem. Firstly I didn't know whether to put this in the software section as it involves a game, but I guessed it would be better here as I suspect it's my graphics card causing the problem.

In Medal of Honor and Call of Duty [so I'm guessing all games], in the options section of each game to change the brightness. However, when I move the slider - nothing happens. The thing is, I recently bought a new computer ... and it was doing everything fine on my old computer. That's what leads me to believe it is my graphics card.

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, but any help would be welcomed!

    Thanks guys ,
    Ricey

I'm not sure of the motherboard...but I know that my processor is an AMD Athlon 64-bit. I understand only a handful of motherboards can handle these, so I hope that helps. I also want to point out that I am using Windows XP Pro...not Windows XP 64-bit.

The graphics card is a Radeon X300 series.

    Thanks
