Bittornado: Problem connecting to tracker, error unspcified.

hi.
i have bittornado and usually it downloads everything!
but there some particular trackers that I just cannot connect to... it says: problem connecting to tracker: error unspecified
while Bitornado works well with other trackers!

i even downloaded the latest Bit Tornado 3.10 when i used to use the more stable 3.07. even the latest 3.10 version cant connect. (the black buttonny thing stays black)

Then i tried Bit Comet, and it managed to connect to the very trackers that Bittornado couldnt, but the download rate is very slow, about 45, compared to bittornado's 180s when the peers are in great numbers, and when i try to seed something on Bitcomet, it is also slower.

i tried the FAQs but i dont see this cropping up....
can anyone please advise?
