Do you women know nothing

The reason your Mam told you to use frozen peas to treat the swelling is because peas can be re-frozen and still be okay to eat - chicken nuggets and fishfingers cannot.

Hope you feel better. Don't you have some, I don't know, ice in the freezer?

Put some o dat in a Ziploc freezer bag. If there's snow (or better yet ice outside) use that.

Whenever I needed something to stay on and I had no gauze, I used masking tape with the freezer bag and wrapped it around my arm, leg, etc.

@ manker. Yes they can, if eaten the same day. I plan to have fishfingers later.

@ busyman, I fell off the kirb.(sidewalk) and landed funny. (bet it was hilariious to watch. I defrosted freezer not long ago so no ice. GOod tip though.

I'm waiting for a friend to take me to casulty because it really fucking hurts and has gone purple. How stupidly stupid do I feel.
