Problems Installing

Hello,

I've downloaded a few games.
The files has a iso.exe and a bin.exe extension.
I know a iso extension is a image for a cd-rom but how do I rename the file so it won;t be a application anymore but just an image file.

Or has somebody tips how to install these files.

These are the files

FLT-BFD2.BIN.exe
nfshp2.iso.exe

Simply right-click on each file and select 'Rename', then delete the .exe part. Now you can burn them with Nero (or whatever CD software you use).

so to use an ISO file, all you have to do is rename it and burn to a cd? could it be any type of cdr media?
