    You can do all that stuff yourself... the volume was the first thing I hacked on my RAZR, then I debranded all the Cingular crap and unlocked the video recording feature. Lovely new skins as well.

    Sometimes I can't hear my mobile properly coz' the volume is too low. So I move it untill the earpiece is directly over my earhole and it gets louder.

    Sorry if that was overly technical.
