It's h2o below 0degrees.
Just like how boiling h2o is still h2o.
I think it's just H2 ~ The o is for o - so cold

but
isnt there a chemical/equation or whatever so a physiacist can read that the H20 is frozen - eg -h20 or something
?
Ice is still H2O, but it's in the 'solid' state. (solid, liquid, gas, plasma)
It has only undergone a physical change, not a chemical one.![]()
