You could just buy one of them egg poaching pans with the little plastic cups in,but that is dam clever with cling film ,af ta give it a go

That's fucking amazing, most TV chefs seem to recommend the eddy method, but I'm gonna try that clingy film one now.

take a coffee filter
put egg in
put stick through top of filter so it hangs on pan
boil until ready

voila triangle egg
