Change date on a file

not sure where this goes. anyway, say u have a file that u dl'ed on 1/1/01, but u want to change that date and/or time to 1/1/05. how do u do that?

are you referring to the "date created?" If you are, save it to a cd and then delete the file on your computer, then copy and paste it back (if you need that specific date you may have to change your system time first).
