Hi there know literally nothing about harware and want to update me system, basically i want to know if the below pc kit will fit in the tower? Anyone help please

I assume you mean you've got that tower and want to know if the upgrade kits will fit. The answer is yes, and so will the AMD upgrade kits which seem better value.

Presumably you currently have an AGP graphics card rather than PCI-E, so that needs to be a factor in to your upgrade path.
