What is the best file sharing programs out there?

Any programs carry to much a risk of Spam/Viruses, I only used Bittorrent or Newsgroups which are regulated so very few if any viruses etc get there.

I source 99% of my stuff from a single local private tracker.

utorrent. I used to be a big DC++ person but now I can't afford the bandwidth because I am always seeding for bit torrent.

emule is more better if it's speed can be more faster
now i think bt[utorrent] is the best way

Ares is good for music, but not that fast (at least for me)

BT if you get some good private trackers, will give you 0day paradise
