Yes it can, but it takes a very, very, very, vvvveeeeeerrrrrrrrrryyyy long time to trace a download. Plus you would have to have the skills to do so. Dont be scared about downloading sh*t... There are more than 2 million people downloading pireted stuff. Plus do you know how many tennagers brake the law? They download porn... Plus did you know jay walking is against the law to? Do you ever do so? Get my point? I have no point... Just dont be scared about dling pireted stuff...
