    Bugger.

I thought it could only be made with goose liver. Good thing I wasn't pushed to explain the 'brute' statement.

You'd have all gaggled at my newbism.

Apparementement, foie gras is something that isn't good in a merka and, as such, has no place in this thread.

The US will only allow this product to be imported in a cooked stage, either canned, vacuum-sealed, or frozen. These are inferior products and will never highlight the true delicacy of foie gras.

Please allow me to explain how the "gaggled" thing doesn't really work.

    It's pish.

Whomever is telling you where to visit in the USA is giving you some shit advice, as highlighted above.

DC is not really about Presidental statues. I only remember the Lincoln Memorial.

    The Washington monument is fun
The Treasury is fun, where you can watch money being made on big sheets.
The key for me was the Smithsonian Institute which has something for everyone.
You can even get a pass to view the Senate and House in session or visit the white House (I did, don't know about post 9/11).

At any rate DC has lots of cool stuff that is not about Presidental busts.
Aren't we in the trust tree, thingey?

It's funny how Pennsylvania Av is closed now and traffic has to go around it.

Now it looks like a damn military checkpoint.

Another thing that's funny is the fact that out-of-towners have visited more monuments and museum than most of us from the city.

I have been to the Treasury building at 1500 Penn (next to the White House) but not to the one where they print money. I went to the Washington Monument for the first time 'cause of work (they had a circuit down and I met that fine Swiss chick there on another visit).

I've been to the new American Indian Museum only during construction and that was to hook up some data circuits for a Chevy Chase Bank ATM.

My mother did get me to the Children's Museum. Air and Space, and other art museums in the city but I was lucky. Most parents in my parents didn't give a shit about that exposure for their kids.

I would also say that maebach should take in a hockey game at MCI Center or visit his mom at the National Zoo.

I remember when I went to Florida on vacation I was lucky enough to score some Magic/Spurs tickets from a scalper and they GREAT seats. You normally don't expect to go to local sporting events when on vacation unless that was the purpose of the visit.
Silly bitch, your weapons cannot harm me. Don't you know who I am? I'm the Juggernaut, Bitchhhh!
