What about downloads you already started? Tried your search tip but it doesn't help much......I'm downloading the last part of a movie file which did ok in the beginning, but it's a disaster now. My pc is on 24/7 for 4 weeks now (4 weeks!!!!!&#33 to get this one to complete. I have constantly 5 or more sources but it doesn't connect most of the time and when it does speeds are below 1 kb/sec.....one time it suddenly jumped to 31kb/sec but that lasted a whole 20 seconds.....at this pace I'm in for another couple of weeks to get it to complete, it's on 688.243kb of 795.904kb total. I have tried everything, jumping nodes like crazy, find more sources.....my settings are ok, followed the tips on this forum....besides, this is the ONLY file I'm having this problem with, other downloads no prob......It's part 3 of Pirates of the Caribbean, vcd.......anyone else having probs with this one?

I have read through the tips and replies for the past three hours and I would like some clarification, and if possible, the clarification added to the actual FAQ and Tip so that it is clear to everyone.

To speed up the downloads, I understand the "search, click to download", and I understand the "search for more resources", but what I am not clear about is the specifics. Can I get the faster downloads from the Traffic window and clicking on the file to "search for more resources" or from the Search window and by clicking "Search for same file name" and then when the window switches to the search window, rely upon autosearch to keep hunting for the same file every ~2 minutes until there are "enough" resources?

The problem I run into is, for instance, when I'm searching for television shows and people label the same show as 2x01, 02x01, 201, s02ep01, and s2ep1, and so on. It is the same program but I have more than one choice as I search. Searching for specifically the same file name skips other resources, though, when I search for more resources, I will often find the title will change as the file name is basically the same, so it is confusing. Ideas? Help?

Thanks, and I do hope being more clear about how to initiate the autosearch and such will help more people.
