eBay question

Does anyone know how to get eBay to display only the items that are being sold in US dollars.

Kind of annoying seeing a lot of items from Hong Kong, UK, etc. when you know the shipping costs to the US makes the item irrelevant to you.

When you click the item it should show you the USD amount under the differnt country's ammount.

I don't want to know the equivalent cost in US dollars. I don't want to see foreign items at all.
