    Well this is my first avatar. I found a program called "123 avi to gif" and I got the crack for it from google it is a super simple program to use. Unfortunately I had to cut most of the avi out to get it under 100kb. I'm downloading animation shop 3 so I see if I can get more of the clip and still be under 100kb.

    When I converted it w/RAD it did give me the audio. Won't that hurt my file size? Did I Just do it wrong? :helpsmile:

    Corel R.A.V.E is pretty easy to use for making avatars, comes with Coreldraw
