Audio and Video codec for compressing video, such as 2cd AC3 movies, to one very small version that doesn't loose much of the quality?///
Also what bitrate should I have it set to, and should have the res the same as what it was originaly.

Would think AutoGK would be about the simplest and one of the best...

Ok got them to convert just fine, but now getting the two halfs together is becoming a task. I tried Easy Video joiner 5.21 and it joins them with no sound after. Any others want to convert them again to join em.
EDIT: I didn't think of joining it first and encoding, lets see if that works.
EDIT2: nope didnt work, i give up....

Don't use easy video joiner it's absolutely crap, especially if your trying to join avi files.
Use AVI MPEG RM WMV Joiner it's much better than easy by far. I was using easy for ages up until last month, then I started using AVI joiner and everything I have tried so far has joined.
