Hmm, this is a pretty simple question, when u d/l a console game, for example "mortal combat deadly alliance" in the verifieds section for console games, is that file supposed to be used on the PS2 or XBOX using a mod chip, or are they converted games so taht they can be used on the PC?

    Depends what console it is.

Nintendo, SNES, Gameboy, PS1, etc. all have PC emulators.

PS2 and XBox don't have emulators, I don't think. So you'd have to burn them.

things are quiet until hitler decides he'd like to invade russia
    so, he does
the russians are like "OMG WTF D00DZ, STOP TKING"
and the germans are still like "omg ph34r n00bz"
the russians fall back, all the way to moscow
and then they all begin h4xing, which brings on the russian winter
the germans are like "wtf, h4x"

PS2 and Xbox Rips only work on the actual console with a modchip, that allows you to bypass the genuine check on this DVD-Rs or CD-Rs you burn the Rips on.

Only consoles with PC emulators, such as PSX, GBA, SNES, etc you can download ROMS to play this game on PC.
