How often do you go on FST?

5-30 minutes a day, I'd say. Sometimes it's more, sometimes less. Depends on how busy I am.

FST is just what I do when i'm bored.
Basically, during commercials, when there's nothing to do, when i'm waiting to go out, or when I first wake up/waiting to go to bed is when I am on fst...it adds up.

Usually first thing in the morning and then late at night , about an hour total . Mind you I read the whole forum not just say software world or news .
