Sounds like these guys have psychological issues. Seems a bit like anorexia nervosa in that their perception of themselves is distorted.

It's the perception that women have that may drive it..(big dicks).

Furthermore, anorexic women don't get that perception "out of thin air."

It has a basis that comes from perceptions in society.
