However, wouldnt it be:
1 over 6 to the 10th power
for if the dice rolled "1" ten times in a row?

No, because we are only interested in the last roll. The 10th roll.
The die is not concerned with the previous 9 rolls.

However, if a die HAD landed on 1 9 time, I&#39;d be betting that it would do it again.
The fact that it did it that many times in a row suggests a loaded die.
