as far as I tried, no proxies are working at all, among the one you find on google, or on sites dedicated to this!
Using open proxys without permission may be a violation of your local computer crime laws.
Open proxys have an average lifetime of a few hours. The people who's connection is being used will notice their conection going very slowly or the ISP will shut it down due to the flood of spam.
