Does anyone know how to turn off that stupid feature which makes your pictures stick to the corners of the image boundarys when it gets to close?

Im trying to position something and when I get too close to the edge it jumps to it, and its pissing me off.

    Thanks.

Im currently doing a wood texture, and I wantto add some imperfections like dents and big scratches (not little ones like you would do with dodging it)

    Any tips?

You can see what they do to the metal and maybe you could that same thing but just for wood.

Hold down Alt while you're moving it.

    Yep.

Or you could just 'Nudge' it. (Make sure the 'Move Tool' is selected and use the arrow keys)
