I noticed there still were people responding to the spam.

Bear in mind that the Mods/Admins have to remove every spam post, and the replies to those as well.
I know it's very hard to see somebody acting like an ass and not saying something about it, but in this case it's the best solution.

That's a good point. We should all ignore those posts. Stop responding to them. The less attention we give them the better. That seems to be the only reason they do it, to get attention. If we don't give them the attention they will get bored. Maybe even as bored as we are with them.

A lot of our nice users are going through these AOL systems to. We don&#39;t wanna ban them.

Hope you will take the time to do as Paul said name date and time to report to abuse...
