The lazy fat-bloke bits I thought were about busy, but I've seen manker call him that before, so that helps.
If I'm in shape, he calls me fat.
If I had long beard, he calls it unkempt.
If I have a muscular chest, he calls them bitch tits.
If I have show pics of my car, he says I'm show-off.
If I lift heavy weights as opposed to light weights, he says I'm compensating for something.
