K-lite= 250-300kb/s...average depending on amount of downloads is about 125-150kb/s
E-mule=96kb/s(fastest I've seen anyway....one night I left it on to download a 746MB file and by the time I woke up to go to work it was done. 4hrs)
Downloading from a website, using DAP 5.3. I saw it average about 450kb/s one time. It actually hit 765kb/s while I sat there looking at it download.

I don't know how some of you are getting such fantastic download times. I am on broadband and the fastest I have ever received is 15kb. It takes days and nights to download a movie (even one that shows 4 users).
