there is no difference between corp and pro except that corp does not need activation.
There are 10 types of people in the world those who understand binary and those who dont
It's not labelled corp. Microsoft call the corp key a volume licensing key - VLK.

Corp has 11 files that differ from the regular Pro. Just changes it to accept Volume License key (VLK) and disables activation.
Is that something they've changed since XP was released?
We used a VLK on two machines using the same retail XP Pro disc at my old job many years ago; it worked on them.

No. Those 11 files have been required since the beginning. If you managed to use the VLK then it was a Corp version. Your company must have been using a Corp Edition.Originally Posted by Chewie UK
