Actually, we should get an all female moderating team. I'm trying not to be sexist but a young male (majority of the board) is more likely to listen to a lady rather than some old codger like Lynx or a teenage bloke.

Suggestions of a possible cyber-date in the future would calm down even the most obnoxious of flamers.

We used to use this theory when I worked behind the bar. We'd always send a barmaid over to calm down any rowdy groups. That or dress Al in the barmaid's outfit and send him.
