help me before i go crazy please

i problem is every site i go to including here i have to milti click my mouse on every button or link or i get "The page cannot be displayed" or other errors. i am using windows xp and internet explorer have tried other brousers same problem. hope you can help before they cart me away or i go bald . thanks for any help.

You better make a call to you ISP.
They may having some problems etc..
