if this dealer is of school age, its probably his mums ($moms) computer

once you get it up and running, look for lots of word documents saved to the desktop, and also useless emoticon apps that were never installed right, and about a billion extra toolbars in IE

ATI Radeon 9500 Pro is still better and it's on the cheap now-a days.
heck, 9800 Pro is cheap too.
