F-14 Breaking sound barrier!? I hate to sound like a smart ass but I dont think anybody can turn the camera fast enough to catch it going at the speed of sound.

It is possible if there's enough distance between the camera and the plane.
Before I downloaded it I had seen pictures of it in a magazine about sceince.
Download it yourself if you don't believe me : when you search on "sound barrier", you get a file of 1,319KB, titled "F-14" or "F-14 - Awesome Fly-by".

i made it myself, i got the vid from the itv digital homepage. it was there mascot thingy, they used it in adverts.
but theyve went broke now.

heh..well any of you ever seen the super high speed (i.e. slow motion) of bullets?

and distance certainly helps when trying to keep an object going about 730 mph in the camera frame...
