Try a proxy like havana said, to get reregistered on the site.
Then you can either:
a) keep using the proxy to access the site, which would just annoy them and they'd ban you again if they found out it was you, or
b) explain to them on their forum or through email that you didn't understand and want to contribute now and they might unban you (if not then they're jerks and deserve to have you use a proxy to annoy them).
