I remember watching Bath play Wigan (I think it was Bath). One half under the rules of each code.

The League players could play Union in a not badly way. The Union players were pish at League.

I saw that game too, it was Bath and not too long ago. The second half (league rules) was pretty embarrassing for the union lads

Was that before they lifted the code-crossing restrictions and were having lots of "friendly" which code is better banter going on? I think I saw one in London with Bronco's versus 'Quins, before we played at the Stoop and were still at the Valley (Charlton's ground), and it was the same, the union players couldn't keep up. You really do need to be fitter and league IS a faster game.

Kinda breaks me heart that we've merged and I can't get used to calling us 'Quins RL', Especially with their Ghey little man logo. Ugh. I won't be buying the shirt.
