Bring in the idea of the sin-bin for soccer. A la Rugby.
I think it's a good system and allows the ref to punish a player without totally altering the game.

I've wondered before why they don't have a sin bin in football. It's such a good idea. The player gets sent off for a while to go and think about his behaviour. Does football already have a blood bin? Or do bleeding players have to stay off?
They play a man short, blood substitutions would also be a good idea for t'soccer.
So they take a bleeding man off fir the rest of the game? That's a ridiculous waste and just goes to show how much harder rugby players are, getting patched up and finishing the job! Yes, introduce both to football.
No, they can get stitched up and go back on. They just play a man short whilst that is being done.
I'm quite enjoying getting a brutal, merciless rodding.
Why, do they do anything interesting?Originally Posted by Guillaume
What and watch them later, for training other referees. They probably do that already.Originally Posted by Guillaume
Pink cards for divers. They stay on the pitch but if video evidence supports the showing of the card, they get a three match ban.
The card is pink to show that only nancy-boy emo gender benders dive.
That's actually a good idea. Where did you read it.Originally Posted by manker
