Yea, on IRC.

Go here and download Excursion IRC client

Go here and do a search for windows 2000, then click the link and it'll popup in Excursion irc in the correct server

You need to learn how to use irc commands to get the file...reffer to the help guide

yea it's complicated...

you can also try Emule instead.

Be more specific. What won't connect? E-Donkey or IRC. Did you go through setup on each? Don't ask assinine questions and expect to get answers.
