They are probably rar files or similar compressed files.

You'll need a prog like WinRar. Just right click on one of the files and extract whatever's within.

Just right click on the one i've circled and click extract here. Winrar will then extract all the rest of the files into the avi or xvid

They only look like there the same name because of the way you choose to show your files. If you go into ( My Computer > Tools > Folder Options > View ) and select to show hidden files and folders, uncheck hide extentions for known file types and uncheck hide protected operating system files, you will get a better view of the files. The only one you really need is the hide extentions of known file types but the others are useful too. Now instead of viewing icons change to view details (under your view tab in explorer) and you'll see alot more about the files and even be able to add things to view by right clicking the top bar (name, size, type, date modified). Now you will see that each rar file has a unique name and the one that ends with .rar instead of numbers is the first file. When you download a large movie file, the uploader will use winrar to split the entire avi into smaller pieces to be rejoined on the other end (you), each file appears to have the same thing in it but in fact is just a 19mb or so piece of the 700mb avi file.
