I'm planning on making a website using Geocities (yes) and I believe I'm only given 10MB of Bandwidth or something crap like that. I have a server whereas I have 10GB Of bandwidth a month. Is there a way I can upload the geocities website to that server so I don't have to worry about downtime from bandwidth being exceeded?

If the ISP your sever is connected through is not blocking connections to port 80 and it is running web server software (or you have the ability and permission to install web server software) then yes you can host a site on it. You probably want to get a domain name and point it at the server.
