task manager disabled

hi, everytime i press 'ctrl+alt+del' to bring up the task manager i get a message saying 'task manager has been disabled by your administrator'. the how do i resolve that as i am the administrator??

I often wondered why Microsoft had 3 or 4 ways to fix a problem like running start , run mumbo voodoo crap.

Found 4 different ways here that seem easier for the average person like method #one .
