Yes it will support it, make sure you have the latest video card drivers (www.nvidia.com) installed.

But don't expect it to run "smooth", the only way you can do that is if you turn down/off everything, I suggest running the game at no more than 800x600 (try 1024x768, you never know, but for smoothness go for 800x600). No AA and AF on, or else you'll be getting like 5 fps w/ that 5200 vid card. Basically, once you install the game, go into options and turn down all the gfx/video features, experiment with it until you find the "sweet" spot.

But in short, yes, your computer will run the game. Just update those drivers and DirectX before running it.

There are two modes you can run CoD2 on - DirectX 9 mode, or DirectX 7 mode. To run it on DirectX 9 mode you'll need like a 6800 or higher to run it smoothly, so that rules that out.

Most people, however, can run it on DX7 mode. I have a 2Ghz, 512MB RAM, 128MB 9800pro and i can run the game with no problems on DirectX 7 mode with @ 1024x768 with everything on extra, so you should be able to handle it well, even if you need to turn it down a bit.

Though I'm a huge fan of the original CoD and OU, I think part 2 sucks. I uninstalled it about 2 weeks after I got it.

To answer your question though, YES you can run it smoothly. I have a system a bit older than you and only have a 4600ti and I run it perfectly on 1280x1024.
