Thread: .cbr

  1. #1
So I have just got the full history of Pheonix from X-Men (apparently, a bunch of comics that show the complete story) however the file downloaded as a .CBR, and I have no idea what I do to open it to a readable state, or what software I use to change it to a .PDF or whatever like the other comics I downloaded.

Any help here would be nice, thanks.

You've got two options. Either rename the files to .rar or .zip and uncompress them or use a sequential image viewer like CDisplay to read them directly .

.cbr files are just .rar files. You can just extract the jpg pages and read them that way.

Alternatively you can use a CBR reader like CDisplay.

My explaination is better than Gillian's because I didn't use a Kentish accent.
    It's hot in Topeka.

HEY! My whole family is from Kent, my Mum, all my Uncles and Aunts, my Nan, most of my cousins. Gotta be proud of being from down south, nothing else to be proud of.

But oh yea, thanks both of you.
