I was on the NZBZone forums a few days ago, and one of the admins of the site stated that they are in no way worried about the MPAA, as if it comes to legal action they will just search for over-seas hosting, and rid themselves of the problem.

I can confirm its down for a while thats why i've moved on over here, they have taken it down to protect some people and have no plans to put it back up

That's a bit of a shame I've found that to be an excellent site for ages now. It's the only really good source of audiobook nzb files that I've ever found. It's also brilliant for everything else obviously, but that was the thing that really made it stand out imho.
