I got six first time and tis the first time I have been accused of being a genius.

Makes me question the validity of some of those Psychology tests.

Then again they are better than the Psych evaluations......based on State sponsored forensic Psychs-for-hire and their legal beagles I went from being a Plaintiff/Appellant who, as a self represented (sometime Solicitor) went from being a person who was not only "grossly, profoundly, irrevocably psychiatrically disturbed...[backdated...18 years]....." ....and an Appellant who by her conduct of her case "knew little about the law as an uninformed self represented Solicitor" to a "VERY CLEVER SOLICITOR" .....which the Court should make a special note of, in response to my attack on eminent Counsel&#39;s integrity in advancing facts before a Court of law which he knew to be untrue. This transformation apparently occurred overnight&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33; This should be reported in the annals of Psychiatric journals on a global scale and give us all hope.

"We had no idea" of her psychological/psychiatric state so said Counsel (about 5) when the State sought to force a settlement upon me, and didn&#39;t wish to question my &#39;understanding&#39; or soundess of mind to accept what was in effect a unilateral agreement.

what was the question again? Sorry, my spleen starts to enlarge as one person in this forum put it, and I feel the necessity to vent on kazaa boards for the remainder of my days of freedom.......

My tort of assault/battery against the State of Queensland representing the Police was thus &#39;forever stayed&#39; after a protracted hearing, and I am now facing assault charges against Police in a cruel twist of irony, for which I am likely to spend the rest of my natural life in a maximum security correctional facility for the dangerous (non-insane) offenders up North in the tropics. No doubt my access to Focault will be rationed.
