Modify protected Exel Document.

Hi guys,
I dld the Fifa WC Match Calendar fron a website, it is fan made, but very well done.
But still, I wanted to customise it to my taste, but it turns out I can't, I believe the file is protected by a password.
So I would like to know if someone know a way to bypass this.
