You cannot make an Mpeg file to MP3 mpeg is a video file Mp3 is an audio file sorry but its just not possible.

Of course you can....dl Total Recorder Pro and then the crack. Play your mpeg file as normal...open up trp and just press record. It works by recording anything thats comes through your sound card....be that streams, mpegs, tv broadcasts....anything cept probably dvds.

If you have an audio-only Mpeg file then rename it to .mp3... DONE.

if u do that all ull get is the audio and no video info

if all u want is to get the sound off a video just use any video editor such as vdub and save out the audio if the audio is not in mp3 just convet it from wave
